De jeunes adultes en situation de handicap, d\u00e9sireux d\u2019\u00eatre accompagn\u00e9s dans l\u2019\u00e9volution de leurs projets, leur vie en appartement, leur vie sociale;<\/p><p>&#8211; Des adultes qui ont pour projet l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un logement autonome et ont besoin d\u2019un soutien, voire de la mise en place d\u2019un accompagnement sp\u00e9cifique et pluridisciplinaire sur leur bassin de vie;<\/p><p>&#8211; Des familles qui soutiennent au quotidien une personne en situation de handicap car aucune solution d\u2019accueil ou d\u2019accompagnement n\u2019est actuellement disponible ou adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 leurs attentes;<\/p><p>&#8211;
